[ the noise he makes is almost a yelp. Nobody talks about a 'yelp of pleasure' because it doesn't sound very sexy but there you go. It's a surprised (not unpleasantly!) squeak which turns into a whimper (which could also count as a moan really because of how loud and drawn out it gets at the end) and it looks like he's going to start squirming a lot but instead of doing that he stays still and twists his fingers all up in the bedsheets again ]
